If you haven’t already heard, some in the MAGA contingent believe John F. Kennedy Jr, son of our late 35th president, is still alive. In fact, they insist he’s working behind the scenes to advance the goals of former President Donald Trump.
JFK Jr, of course, died in a plane crash in July 1999 with his wife and sister-in-law. Their bodies were autopsied at the county medical examiner’s office and findings revealed that they’d died upon impact. Nevertheless, Kennedy has become a key figure in conspiracy theories associated with the QAnon sect of the MAGA movement and insists he faked his own death and is now the infamous “Q,” a high-level government official with special clearance and access to classified information.
Ray Kallatsa, a die-hard Trumper who Politico interviewed in January, pondered possible running mates for Trump and subsequently blurted, “JFK, Jr.”
Perhaps there’s hope for a Donald Trump / JFK Presidential ticket in 2024 after all.
“I don’t want to sound too much like a conspiracy theorist, but he’s coming back,” Kallatsa told Politico while at a Trump rally in Arizona. “He’s supposed to reveal himself on the 17th if he’s truly alive. I think we’ll see him.”
At the same event, Trump, while on stage, took the opportunity to push a right-wing conspiracy suggesting that FBI informants participated in the attack at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.
Why not, right?
No wonder so many people think Trump was robbed of winning the presidential election in 2020; People who believe JFK Jr is a) still alive and b) aligned with Trump will obviously believe ANYTHING and are potentially dangerous.
And let’s not forget that had Kennedy not been in the plane crash and were still alive today, he most certainly wouldn’t be a Trump ally.
