Tonight, April 9, from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, eight division world titlist and future Hall of Famer Manny Pacquiao (57-6-2, 38 KOs) will enter the ring against former Super Lightweight and Welterweight champion Tim Bradley (33-1-1, 13 KOs), in what could be the Pacman's final assignment of his 21 year professional career.

The third meeting between the two elite level Welterweights will be aired on HBO PPV with a start time of 9PM ET/6PM PT and a price tag of $59.99 in SD/$69.99 in HD. The promoter of the event, Top Rank, Inc., is also offering a live streaming PPV option for $59.99 at TopRank.TV | Watch the greatest fighters in the world live online.

While most avid fight fans believe the Filipino native to be leading 2-0 on the unofficial scorecard from their two previous meetings together, the bout is being publicized as an official "rubber match" and is has garnered the tightest betting odds of all three contests. At the time of publication, Manny Pacquiao is listed as the slight betting favorite, sitting at a (-200), while Tim Bradley is slated as a live (+170) on most Race and Sports Books.

Will tonight's main event from the Vegas strip be Manny Pacquiao's final bout as a prizefighter, and can Tim Bradley finally earn a decisive victory over the heralded Pacman?

Leading up to the Pacquiao vs Bradley 3 prediction, let's take a look at this evening's "Keys to Victory" for both competing Welterweights?

Manny Pacquiao - The legendary eight-division world champion was only 33 years of age when he faced a young and ambitious Tim Bradley in 2012, and much has changed since in terms of public perception and perceived ability. Although the Filipino icon is still competing at an elite level, most ringside experts are anxious to see how Pacquiao fares after losing to Floyd Mayweather Jr. and subsequently undergoing shoulder surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff.

Will Manny Pacquiao look like the Pacman of old, or merely an old version of the Filipino Congressman when he faces Tim Bradley this evening?

To be successful against the Desert Storm, Manny has to put on his hardhat and go to work. In the 2012 pairing, Pacquiao's biggest criticism was his lack of activity. The Pacman seemed content to coast through the first two minutes of each stanza, while turning it up in the final 60 seconds of each round. In this match, he cannot afford to let Bradley dictate the pace.

Pacquiao absolutely must get off first and often, using the straight left hand while moving in and out of range with his brilliant footwork. He also must take advantage of his opportunities while Tim is against the ropes or in the corner. The 37 year old fight veteran also has to do a much better job of cutting off the ring and closing the distance.

Also, Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach has a sneaky suspicion that Manny's opponent will attempt to mirror Juan Manuel Marquez's fight strategy of countering the Pacman when he attempts to move in for an attack. Pacquiao absolutely must do a better job of masking his offense by using plenty of feints with his head, shoulder, and lead power hand to disrupt the timing and rhythm of the very intelligent Tim Bradley.

If the eight division world champion can increase his level of activity in this fight, while using plenty of feints to throw off the timing of the Desert Storm, Manny Pacquiao could pick up his second win over Tim Bradley and retire with a big victory!!

Pacquiao vs Bradley 3
Date: April 9, 2016
TV: HBO PPV ($59.99)
Location: Las Vegas
Time: 9:00pm ET (U.S.)
Division: Welterweight

Tim Bradley - The new "Rodney Dangerfield" of boxing is one of the sport's most intelligent and resourceful combatants, while remaining largely underappreciated. Although many believe Tim doesn't deserve a third opportunity opposite the Pacman, the Palm Springs, CA resident remains one of the top pound for pound fighters in boxing.

With the recent addition of trainer Teddy Atlas, many ringside experts believe this third pairing to be Tim's best chance to decisively beat the Pacman. To indeed be successful this evening, Bradley absolutely has to get off first, use his underrated jab to the body and head, while using his feet to move in and out of range, and dictate the pace of the fight.

The primary key to victory is the jab. A sporadic jab with plenty of feints and mixed velocity will freeze Pacquiao and keep him from just moving straight in with his vaunted straight left hand. It's Bradley's first line of defense and consequently sets the table for everything in Tim's impressive punch arsenal.

Although the 32 year old fight veteran doesn't have world class power, he showed in his last outing against the customarily durable Brandon Rios that a healthy dose of combinations to the body and head can indeed score a knock-out victory.

If Tim Bradley can control range with his jab, while using his footwork to move in and out of the pocket, the Desert Storm could finally exorcise the demons and gain a decisive victory over Manny Pacquiao!!

Pacquiao vs Bradley 3 Prediction
It's been leaked that Manny Pacquiao hasn't looked good in the gym during his preparation for this bout. Unfortunately for the Filipino icon, Tim Bradley looks to be performing at the top of his respective game under the tutelage of head trainer Teddy Atlas. Look for Tim to use the jab effectively to the body and head while landing hard right hand counters, ultimately neutralizing Pacquiao's once heralded offensive output for twelve competitive rounds.
