From 1996 – 2001, there’s no question Prince Naseem Hamed had the most electrifying ring entrances.
So whose ring entrance/fighter walkout is the most exhilarating today?
Some will say that distinction belongs to lineal heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers’ classic Can’t Stop (2002) has served as Klitschko’s signature entrance music for quite some time.
Klitschko told ARTISTdirect.com editor in chief Rick Florino, “Red Hot Chili Peppers. That’s my band for sure.”
“The song ‘Can’t Stop’ matches with me just perfectly for the fight.”
Formed in 1983, Red Hot Chili Peppers are an American rock band formed in Los Angeles. The group’s genre is rock with an emphasis on funk, as well as elements from other genres such as punk rock and psychedelic rock.
Thus far, they have sold over 80 million albums worldwide and have been nominated for 16 Grammy Awards, winning seven.
Is Klitschko’s ring entrance cool or what?
