It is a sad day in boxing if you're a "Lights Out" fan.

There comes a time in every fighter's life when the human body ceases to perform at its optimum level. After all of the rounds of sparring, all of the surgeries, all of the brutal wars in the ring, a boxer's battered body simply doesn't react the way it is accustomed.

Tony "The Tiger" Thompson and Fast Eddie Chambers were originally scheduled to face-off last night on ShoBox: The Next Generation, which took place at the Bally's Grand Ballroom in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

It takes a very special athlete to become a prizefighter.

In the world of boxing, sometimes a fighter can be too good for his own good.

Every fighter has a dream.

On March 15th, 2008, Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez thrilled the world by putting on a brutal boxing clinic and displaying "the good, the bad, and the ugly" of prizefighting.

Edwin Rodriguez decisions Rosinsky in 10

In a very entertaining bout between two previously undefeated fighters, Super Middleweight Edwin "La Bomba" Rodriguez (20-0, 14 KOs) defeated Will "Power" Rosinsky (14-1, 8 KOs) in a ten round unanimous decision.

When we last saw Nonito Donaire in the ring, the Filipino native was knocking out former WBO Bantamweight Champion Fernando Montiel at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada.

If the true definition of a fighter is a determined individual who struggles to achieve or resist something, then Super Middleweight Edwin "La Bomba" Rodriguez (19-0, 14 KOs), his wife Stephanie, and his two beautiful kids, Edwin Jr and Serena Lynn, are true fighters in every sense of the word.
